1) What is an escape room?
An escape room/game is a dynamic, fun, team building activity. It started in Japan years ago and now is sweeping the rest of the world as a new exciting form of entertainment. You and your friends/colleagues are locked in a room and have to solve various puzzles in order to escape before the timer runs out!
2) How old do you have to be to play?
This is great for ages 5 and up but we do recommend children between 5-10 be accompanied by an adult. With our ability to change the difficulty levels, all puzzles are age appropriate and you get unlimited help, so no group will ever be stuck too long
3) Are any of the rooms scary or claustrophobic?
All rooms are family friendly and there are no horror involved with any room. All our rooms are also large and spacious so you’re not pinned in like sardines trying to play a game
4) How many People can play at one time?
Every room is different – please check the game details to see the recommended number of participants before booking.
5) What happens if I arrive late?
We recommend that you plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you and your group however depending on how late you are you may have a shortened game due to our schedule. So come early!
6) Do you host special events?
Absolutely! We cater to corporate team building, school trips, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties as well as large groups of friends. For more details check out our “Groups” page or simply give us a call.
7) Do I need to be athletic?
No. There is no need to be athletic to play our escape games. However, it is recommended that you dress comfortably (comfortable shoes and clothes).
8) Are you really locked in the room?
No. The entrance to the room is open at all times while you’re inside if you or someone on your team needs to leave for any reason.
9) What is your cancellation policy and other terms and conditions?
To cancel or change your booking you can follow the link in your confirmation email and follow the prompts from there. If you’re still stuck we are happy to help! We require 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel your booking, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
